Read the report text to answer number 11-14.
Giraffe, the tallest living animal, instantly recognizable by its exceptionally long neck. Male giraffes average about 5.3 m (17 ft) high, but some grow to a height of almost 6 m (20 ft)—tall enough to span two floors of a typical office building. Giraffes live in tree-scattered terrain in Africa.
Giraffes live in savanna and open woodland, habitats where the available food varies throughout the year. During the dry season, the animals eat evergreen leaves, but once the rainy season begins, they switch to new leaves and stems that sprout on deciduous trees.
When there is a choice, male and female giraffes feed in different ways. Males concentrate on leaves from the highest branches, while the females arch their necks to eat closer to the ground. This behavior is so characteristic that a giraffe’s sex can be identified from a long distance away simply by its stance while eating. Male giraffes are also more inclined to wander into dense woodland, a habitat that females generally avoid.
Giraffes are not great travelers, despite their long legs. They cannot walk over swampy ground because their hooves quickly sink, and they very rarely wade across rivers. Giraffes on opposite banks of a river may never come into contact, unless the water level subsides

PURA TANAH LOT
A Temple in the sea
Tanah Lot, in the Tabanan regency - also known as the ‘rice bowl of Bali’- is literally taken from the Balinese word ‘lot’ meaning sea, and the Indonesian word ‘tanah’ meaning land. Therefore, at this “land next to the sea” we find uncontrived photo opportunities in part of Bali relatively unspoiled by the tourist impact of recent years, as well as one of the most photographed icons on the island, Pura Tanah Lot.
Pura means ‘temple’ of which Bali apparently has thousands, but none compares to this majestic land or, should we say, sea mark. It belongs to a group of six temples dotted around the island that locals believe all magically protect Bali. At pura Tanah Lot this protection is in response to prayers offered to the deities of the sea, and its colorful temple celebrations occur every six months.
A Hindu priest founded this temple in the sixteenth century, and looking at the current land erosion, we can imagine that it was then part of the coastline.
Today, Pura Tanah Lot is accessible only at low tide, surrounded by coastal caves and rocks. At the now famous sunset viewing, the silhouette of the temple and the hues of the skies throw the colors onto these nearby rocks to dramatic effect. At high tide, the waves crash severely onto the surrounding rocks, enrobing the Pura in a mist of sea, perhaps the Sea Gods talking to her?
There had been discussion in recent years of adjoining the temple to the land by means of footbridge, but thankfully, this came to nothing. For what makes this attraction so appealing is its air of mystery, sitting out to sea all alone.

Dear Sisca,
It is lovely to be here on holidays right in the middle of Australia. Did you know that Uluru is 1800 km from all major Australian cities? It is the same distance from Melbourne, Sydney, Darwin, and Perth. It is truly magnificent sight for sure.
Yesterday, we walked right around the rock. It was a 9 km walk. It was quite difficult because the temperature was 45-Celsius degree. That was hot, very hot. We didn’t climb up the rock though as the traditional owners feel that it is a sacred site and not something to be walked over.
